FISHING SOOTY GRUNTER
Sooty Grunter are a native Australian fish that live in fresh water especially around deep pools and running water. Sootys are a very agressive fish with a deep body giving them a lot of power in the water and an extreamly powerful jaw that crushes treble hooks with ease. These fish are found in rivers and creeks in mid to north Queensland, Norther Territory and Western Australias Kimberly and Pilbara regions so for most people a road trip is in order and it is definetely worth it! When it comes to lures Sooty Grunter will hit almost anything especially surface lures.
